Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the event that you may need to cancel all or part your booking, our policy is
as follows:
- 1. Bookings cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival date will be
refunded within 5 business days. - 2. Bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date will be subject to
payment in full and no refund will be due. - 3. In the event of non-arrival, (‘No Show’) payment in full will be charged
and no refund will be due.
Please Note: Refunds made may take 7-10 days to show in your account.
