Definitely not worth the money.
Positive: Not a lot
Negative: The property is in need of a lot of work. The window blind in the lounge does not work, there is plaster boards missing on window reveal, the mattresses are all in need of replacement, the shower door is stiff to close and in general the apartment is very tired.
