Premier - Fleming Apartment

Positive: Nothing. Negative: This was a scam. They don't own the property or manage it. They said the key box didn't work and we had to meet someone at the property late at night for the keys, this was the first red flag. Police arrived at the door a couple of days later and removed us from the property as they said we were squatting. Contacted the company for a refund, they obviously didn't give it and now wont reply to us and haven't responded to booking.com. Booking.com have also been terrible and have done nothing to resolve this, i have called and emailed them on multiple occasions, different agent responding each time. We have lost nearly £3000 from this scam and booking.com are doing nothing. When you book through booking.com you expect that these properties are verified and if there are issue that they will manage them. Terrible service from them.

The apartment was spotless, well organized, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The space was cozy yet spacious, making it ideal for relaxing after a long day. The location is very convenient, with easy access to transport, nearby shops, and restaurants. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, which added to the overall comfort of our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Check-in was easy, and communication was clear throughout. Overall, a great place to stay. We would happily return and highly recommend Fleming Apartment to other travellers.
